Our menu for the meat lovers, a classic slow roasted, fork tender and delicious organic Lamb Shank. A 5-hour roasted, boneless Short Rib, and an Argentinean inspired grilled #churasco style Chimichirri Skirt Steak with my fav, oven roasted Brussels sprouts, and fat American steak fries. It’s the best quality Angus meat that is healthy, pasture-raised and I believe, if you’re going to eat meat, it shouldn’t be poisonous. It should come from happy, healthy animals. Our wild fish and seafood is carefully sourced from clean waters! And all of our poultry is the same healthy animals, humanely pasture raised.
