BIBI’Z ’bee–’bee’s (n) family nickname for sweetheart. The foundation of Bibi’z is dedicated to the love of eating and the art of simple, yet exceptionally delicious cuisine. We promise to welcome you, remember you and indulge you great service and food that will leave you with a sense of well-being, every time.
MEZMIZ ’mez – ’miz (v) root word meze, Eastern Mediterranean word, 1926. To feast on Mediterranean gastronomy, an extremely delicious mixture of mouth-watering dishes, simply prepared, dictated by the seasons and creating a food experience that is perfect for entertaining a feast or just a light meal. Or, may grow to become as elaborate as a multiple course meal or name
Robust flavors, grilled, baked or stewed with copious amounts of garlic, olive oil, and brightened by lemon juice and fresh herbs; this rustic and healthy cuisine is abundant in fresh fish, vegetables, olive oil, herbs and cheeses. Poultry is eaten more often than red meat, and when red meat (consumed sparingly) is eaten it is usually lamb on the coast and goat meat in the mountain regions. Most meals consist of grilled marinated seafood, or the random meat, and mostly a variety of salads and an arrangement of desserts while being accompanied by drinks and most importantly, eaten with flat pita bread. this part of the meal is ESSENTIAL and can even be used to replace usage of the ‘FORK’.
BLUE ZONE REGIONS ’blü – ’zon (n), studied by “National Geographic” in the 1970’s, are regions in the world where people commonly live active lives past the age of 100 years (centennials). Scientists and demographers have classified these longevity “hot-spots” by their inhabitants’ ability to live longer, on average, than anyone else in the World. Wisdom to live by from the “Blue Zoners”…
SHAKE IT! – constant, moderate physical activity must be an inseparable part of your life.
WORK IT! – maintain a positive outlook on life and reduce stress by focusing on your purpose in life while taking time to just “relax”.
EAT IT! – if you haven’t already heard the 411 – eat and drink in moderation; plants, legumes, red wine are your best bet. Keep fish and poultry to a minimum and eat meat only rarely. No processed foods and whatever you do, DO NOT SMOKE!
THINK IT! – family first ahead of all other concerns. Reconnect with your spirituality and surround yourself with people of all ages who have similar optimistic “blue zone” values…who are socially and physically active.

We took great care in sourcing the finest, freshest ingredients to craft your meals on the table. Our cuisine is inspired by a global pallet of tribal favorite dishes, traditional methods, and time-tested techniques using artisan cheeses, olives & oils, heirloom legumes, grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood products, and organic dairy.
SLOW WINE ’slo – ’waeen (n) sustainable winemaking is catching on, and the proof is in our list, hand-selected to include as many organic, biodynamic, easy-drinking, happily affordable wines that invite you to enjoy some time with friends and family.
We offer 35+ wines by the glass, but if you decide to have a bottle and don’t finish it, we’ll wrap it up nicely to enjoy at home!
A great way to sample… You select the three wines that you want to compare and explore, average the three prices, and we’ll pour two ounce tastes of each. Cheers!
